Offering panoramic ocean views, you can also wander straight down to the beautiful Bears beach through a private track in the sand dunes. Start your days with watching the sunrise over the ocean and continue it by watching the whales and dolphins swimming past!

The large house boasts an open plan living space with high ceilings to make it feel even more spacious. The large, fully equipped kitchen will be plentiful to host dinners with the family or friends.

There is a large, fully enclosed, alfresco dining area, which gets afternoon sun, for you to relax in after a big day of fishing, surfing or just taking in the joys of Bermagui.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, open plan living/dining/kitchen, alfresco deck and deck overlooking the ocean.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms, rumpus room, Kitchenet , laundry , bathroom.

Bedroom 1:
Upstairs- the main bedroom upstairs has a king size, heated Waterbed, a private ensuite and a private deck overlooking Bears Beach.

Bedroom 2:
Upstairs- the second bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and private ensuite. Please note this bedroom has no window coverings on the ocean side.

Bedroom 3:
Downstairs- the third bedroom has a queen size, heated Waterbed and a private ensuite.

Bedroom 4:
Downstairs- the fourth bedroom has 2 x single beds

Bedroom 5:
Downstairs- the fifth bedroom has 2 x single beds.

Rumpus Room:
Downstairs- the rumpus room is equipped with ample lounges and a television, a table tennis table, a kitchenette and 1x king single bed.

Upstairs has reverse cycle air-conditioning and downstairs is heated by electric heaters.

All Bed Linen is provided except Towels and Beach Towels are not Supplied


Ample boat parking on front lawn. The garage is not available for guest use.

No pets allowed.

Smoking is not permitted.

Needs attention
Nice location and layout of house is good. The house is missing blinds in two rooms and requires a deep clean as it was pretty dirty. (Bbq mouldy) floors sticky, spider webs disappointed when you can't really enjoy it when we pay the money to holiday and its not worth it. (Shame really)

Brilliant location
Spent several days here with kids and grandkids. The location is the best aspect - a beautiful, secluded beach down some steps and short path. View from the main veranda across the beach and ocean was also stunning. Bermagui itself is a beautiful seaside town that I hadn’t been to before. The aspects that let the house down were (1) The king water beds were not great for couples. We found that any movement disturbed the other sleeper. So we ended up giving the water beds to those of us without partners. (2). I found my sinuses (unusually) playing up over the weekend and attribute that to dust in the bedroom I was in - not sure if it’s the carpet or the bedding. So perhaps the place needs a deep carpet clean. All in all, despite those issues, I’d come back for the location and views. They’re that good. Replace the water beds, clean the carpets and it’ll be perfect!

Incomparable spot and spacious house but not clean
The house has stunning views, is up to date and cavernous with space for a large family including multiple huge dining spaces and a kitchen kitted out for everything one might need. The beach is quiet, private but the property owners should consider investing in formalising their own private access to the beach as the wet path from the back yard to the beach is unsafe. Sadly this house was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard for the cost. There was evidence of blood spatters in the downstairs bathroom, and dust bunnies throughout the house in neglected spots. Waterbeds should be replaced soon too. Otherwise a great place to base oneself for a lovely weekend

Dodgy screen doors
Nice size house, needs some serious maintenance, screen doors fall off when being opened, light need replacing in main ensuite. No control for fan upstairs, no working remotes for tv. Only a quarter roll of toilet paper per toilet and no spares. I would still stay here again if some items were fixed. Fantastic location.
