"I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable, and we got complimentary items from the minibar the whole stay. I don’t know if that’s standard, but we enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious! They have a really nice buffet. It’s not cheap, but it was really good. We were told restaurant is closed on the weekends, which was surprising. The location is really convenient. There is a bus and tram stop right outside, which makes it easy to get anywhere, and you...

"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."

"The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well. The is a market just doors down from the hotel and you can get almost anything you could need there."
