"We were met by Andreas who is a wonderful and energetic person. We stayed there for one night in July; free easy parking; 10 minute walk to the rose garden and another 5 minutes to the old town. Two great restaurants nearby (make reservations); The rooms dont have AC but with the fan and windows open it was very comfy; delicious breakfast too. thank you "

"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."
