Coomb's Cottage - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4
Coomb’s Cottage is a lovely cosy holiday home, comfortably furnished throughout - the living room has a wood burning stove and a couple of leather sofas and the fully fitted kitchen has everything you’ll need for your holiday catering. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin offer ideal family accommodation for four. The village of Lowick is just a short walk away for stocking up on everyday items or stop for a pub lunch.
This is a good central location for getting out and about and exploring Northumberland. Coomb’s Cottage is ten minutes from the Holy Island causeway- you can drive across at low tide (subject to the safe Holy Island Crossing Times). Or you can pick up St Cuthbert’s Way from the neighboring village of Fenwick and walk to the island. Discover Berwick upon Tweed with its military museum, a twice weekly market, good shops, pubs and sandy beach. Delve into the Heritage Coast, the Scottish Borders and walk in the Cheviot Hills… great for bird watching!

Dining conservatory : dining table and chairs. Double doors to enclosed courtyard.
Living room: 2 leather sofas, wood burning stove, TV, upright piano. Double door access to the enclosed courtyard.
Bedroom 1 : double bed.
Bedroom 2: twin beds.
Shower room : shower, wash hand basin, WC.
Entertainment: DVD. TV, books.
First floor:
Narrow stairs to attic/games/music room : low level double bed (suit teens, additional charge for bedding).
For families : cot and a highchair can be provided.
Outside: enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbeque.
Parking: off road parking for 2 cars at the front of the property
General: WiFi. All bedding, bed linen and towels. Gas and electricity, starter pack of logs for the stove. Welcome pack comprising local items.
Pets : Coombs Cottage welcomes well behaved dogs (up to 2) @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. Your pet should not be left in the property unattended or allowed on the furniture.
