the bed was very uncomfortable. couldn’t sleep. plus for the price of the accommodation, bit harsh on the tourists. bed wasn’t remade, the bed had sheets on it from the first night we were there. the front reception lady had come across rude on the phone.

We have not stayed at the Peninsula for quite a few years. It has changed owners and our stay this time was not to the same standard as before. The fridge needed defrosting and made alot of our stuff frozen and couldn't use at once. The shower needed attention as it sprayed water on the wall and ceiling. I left a note for housekeeping to let their maintenance person know about these 2 things.
