"Such a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket of snacks - given that we were 6 hours delayed the family fell on them like locusts. House was charming beyond belief. Location was convenient to a wedding at the Nonantum and surroundings. Loved being able to walk to most activities and restaurants. Just a reminder that two rooms have double beds, for those that are used to kings! "

"The location is only steps from the beach & sits right along the sand dunes.The cottage has sweeping views of the ocean & Old Orchard Beach from the deck, yet feels very private & secluded by the surrounding mature, foliage.It's very nicely appointed & extremely well supplied, they thought of everything! It's surprisingly large inside and there was lots of room for our family to spread out and relax! The garage is perfect for leaving your beach supplies. We really loved this amazing, hidden gem!"

"We enjoyed the location. We were able to walk along Short Sand Beach to the town. We walked to the nubble Lighthouse, although it is on a busy road so others might choose to drive. We also walked to Long Sand Beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Because we were 6 units the house worked really well for our group. "
