"I did have trouble getting through to the hotel by telephone before our arrival which took hours but eventually someone answered and was able to answer my query. The rooms were a very good size. We were a family and had 2 rooms next to each other with an inter-linking door which was perfect. Staff were friendly and very good service."

The breakfast was delicious, with an enormous amount of choices and the bar at Beau was the perfect place to have a drink after a busy day of sightseeing. We were walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The side road the hotel sits on was quiet, with charming church bells tolling every so often. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bath. "
