"Great location"

"We have been staying at Deerhurst almost every year and love coming back. But few things for families to know - there is no microwave, kettle and decent fridge (fits few cans at the most) which are must when you have kids. Also, nearest Tim’s, McD etc are 7 km (10 min drive). Pls carry ice box, ice is available on every floor. There is crepe station near Bayshore) which is good but pricey (value of convenience). Nearby lake, kayaks, canoe, warm water outdoor pool, jacuzzi….fun never ends. Service is great, amenities are awesome, just enjoy!!!"

"Amazing service they did everything to make sure you were satisfied We were celebrating our anniversary and one of the managers brought us a complementery bottle of wine and 2 slices of decadent chocolate cake....Beds were extremely comfortable and everyone was very nice."

"Booked a 3 night getaway. Beautiful location with lots to do. Staff were very friendly and professional, especially Heather at the breakfast buffet. So friendly and represented the hotel very well. No complaints and would highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back!"

"Quaint 1970s style wooden building nicely decorated - they even had a turntable and albums (in addition to the bluetooth speaker). The upstairs loft overlooking the living room is just as pictured. The bed was comfy if the pillows could use an update; they were a bit too flat and lumpy for our liking but it's really our only complaint. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The BBQ works great, the hot tub was wonderful and the little propane firepit was lovely. We happily braved the mosquitoes to enjoy it. All in all a great place. Close enough to Huntsville for anything you'd need or to go out for dinner, and wonderfully secluded despite having close neighbours. Through the trees at night you can hear a very Muskoka combination of motor boats, fireworks (it was a long weekend), and loons calling. Lovely."

"The experience was very good. Stayed in their luxury tent. It was raining through the night but the tents are built to last. The property is clean, well maintained. The staff is very coordial and helful. Close to Algonquin west gate, a 15k drive and you're there. "
