"There is too much dog poop all over the property, our room wasn’t that clean when we checked in. Our bed sheets were dirty and the towels had other peoples hairs. Bathroom as well, it was okay but I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"The Wolf Den studio worked well for us and we were impressed, though our terriers weren’t with us, at the accommodations for dogs. Holly’s Place is a nice quiet venue tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of S Lake Tahoe tourist. It was within walking distance to the Lake which was convenient. It was a lovely stay. "

"First off, the house was really dirty there was dog hair everywhere. Also the smoke detectors beeped all the time meaning they need new batteries. The downstairs bathroom had a trey underneath the sink the trey overflowed and started leaking(there was mold around it meaning it’s been leaking that for a while). The outside barbecue wasn’t working properly only one burner worked. The heater took around 5 hours to heat up."

"We had a family reunion with all ages from 1 to 92 years old. This house was perfect for everyone. We had a day planned at the lake and no one wanted to leave because the house had so many amenities. We had an abundance of dishes in the kitchen to cook with and it was nice to be able to eat together there was plenty of seating. We hope we can plan to come back and do it all over again because it was so much fun!"

"Great location. Host responded almost immediately if we had any questions or concerns! Highly recommend if looking for the Tahoe cabin experience. Three bathrooms and new washer and dryer a plus. Kitchen counter space limited, but workable. Hot tub was a nice extra. Highly recommend, we plan on returning in the future!"

"House was not clean. We left it cleaner than we found it. Sent a list of issues some for housekeeping and some for owner repairs that need to be addressed. That said it is a.nice home and plenty of space to have friends and family over. Beds were comfy."
