"It was awesome! Communication was always quick and friendly. Easy to understand instructions and expectations. The house was as described with plenty of room. Internet worked great. Everything was new and updated and in proper working order. Overall just a fantastic house. And the dock...goodness...it's worth it just for the dock!!! We had a blast."
"First and foremost, the home is absolutely beautiful. The lake views were breathtaking, and the serene setting created the perfect backdrop for quality time with our family. We shared many unforgettable moments here, and it’s definitely a place we would consider returning to.That said, there were a few maintenance and upkeep issues that arose during our stay—from minor repair needs like broken furniture and game room equipment, to a plumbing issue that proved inconvenient. While these problems did add some frustration, we appreciated that the property manager was responsive in many cases and sent staff out when requested.In the end, the beauty of the home, the peaceful atmosphere, and the quality time we shared far outweighed the hiccups. With some attention to the concerns noted, this property has the potential to deliver a truly flawless experience. We look forward to seeing improvements on a future visit."
"Great place for people of all ages. Several accommodation options. Rental of a golf cart to get around the resort was a plus. Many activities throughout the resort. Many good quality restaurants are available within a short drive. We really enjoyed wine tasting at Barboursville Winery in Barboursville, Va. Beautiful winery with knowledgeable staff. We are definitely looking forward to returning to Shenandoah Crossings in the near future. "

"The property was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kids stayed mainly in the basement playing games and watching movie. The water at the dock is only 3 feet deep and a slip was not offered. It worked for us but a larger boat will need somewhere else to dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were a huge hit with the kids. The water was extrememly warm, apparently due to the proximity of the nuclear power plant. There is no water access to the public side of the lake. Our side had much less boat traffic, a definite plus. "
"If I could give this place 6 stars I would! This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. There was a small hiccup with one of the showers but they were right on it - those things are going to happen in any rental - it's how the management responds and these guys are A. I cannot stress how wonderful this place was and I would not hesitate to rent it again. For our group, this is the new bar that anything else will be measured against. Five stars across the board - rent it before it's booked solid - you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks!! The WilliamsCon Gang"

"We had a great time staying for a long weekend at the Sunrise Point property with our family. The house is beautiful and the location is very convenient. The land is gorgeous and perfect for entertaining. Our kids also loved to play at the privet sand beach. We are already planning our next Lake trip! "
