"Second time with hotel Nikko. Staff is always friendly and great. Hotel suite was spacious and separate space for the toilet. Only critics is that wish they had a mirror and a towel rack in the toilet room. Will definitely be back for a third. "

"Even though I requested a quiet room on a high floor, I was placed right below the restaurant, where I heard things being moved all afternoon and evening, past midnight and again early in the morning. Fortunately, they moved me to a much better room the next day. The buffet was excellent, with a variety of Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese food, and I could enjoy the view of the river. The booker who assisted with my stay had walked me through the check in process very thoroughly and I liked that they have all amenities needed like a washer, a small kitchenette and a city view.
