Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. "We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. "

"The most hospitable and kindest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. My family has been there twice and on the most recent trip, my toddler son fell sick. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and caring, sending a nurse to our room and accommodating requests for things like thermometers, ice for a fever pack, specially cooked congee etc. I am beyond grateful for their care and we can’t wait to return so we can enjoy the resort again. I also give top marks for their kids club and babysitters, as well as the quality of family friendly activities such as the free sea sport activities. The food at their Indonesian restaurant Rica Rica was consistently delicious - try their beef rending and satays. The Residence is truly a gem in Bintan!"

"We enjoyed our 4D3N stay immensely; it was rustic, quiet, and simply beautiful. The staff are professional, helpful, and attentive. I had an accident and the GM personally attended to my needs. Got a car to send me to the resort clinic and back within the hour. The security is impressive, and this place is perfect for that peaceful getaway where you do not need to be stressed over small matters."

The pool at the Signature villa is nice and big. There are also 2 bathrooms with 2 separate bathtubs and showers for our 2 bedroom villa. The cleanliness level could be improved, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay."
