From hotel Manager, Mr Omas and his Team at Front office who helped us with a few arrangement for our needs in hotel and the Bintan day Tour. Mr. Gin from Angsana Spa with his warm and friendly personality assist us with spa booking. Restaurant asst. Manager( sorry i forgot the name) who always have smile and shared passionately about Banyan CSR with the nature and Nadyn the friendly and cheerful service crew. Mr. Edy from Housekeeping with his polite and always make sure the rooms are clean . Lastly Banyantree spa receptionist, May and our therapist Rose, Thalia and Rina thank you for wonderful treatment with your excellent skills. Till we meet again😃"

"Just checked out today after a short getaway with my girlfriends. Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us. Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. Overall awesome stay!"

"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. The pool at the Signature villa is nice and big. There are also 2 bathrooms with 2 separate bathtubs and showers for our 2 bedroom villa. The cleanliness level could be improved, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay."
