"Terrific location to view the fireworks for NYE, we stayed a couple of days and also got to experience the Aurora Australis from the large picture windows in the well maintained bedrooms. Staff all very hospitable, great gaming areas & plenty of dining options. Will stay again, thank you!"

"Well situated within walking distance to Salamanca, the dock area, shops, restaurants and cafes. Parking is reasonable at $15 per night and we were lucky enough to park on site. We received a warm welcome and directed to our room on the second floor. The room was a reasonable size, bed very comfortable, water hot and WiFi good. We didn’t book in for breakfast so can’t comment there. Now, I did book the cheaper Compact Queen room. We only needed to sleep so didn’t really need anything else....

"We stayed for four nights. It was amazing as our booking included breakfast as well. The customer service was on point and they went above and beyond. Parking is available for a fee but we received underground parking which was safe for our hire car. Our room was really clean and the bed was really comfortable so it made our stay in Hobart really relaxing. The hotel is close to the Salamanca markets as well as Constitution Dock. Comfortable stay in Kingston

"Kingston is about 10km from Hobart, however the hotel is just off the highway so it’s about 15mins drive to Hobart city. There’s supermarkets and restaurants on the other side of the road so very convenient. There’s also a beach in the area. The room is spacious with all amenities like kettle and cups with plates to make tea and full toiletries in the bathroom. Car parking is available and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room we had was so beautiful. Although the bathroom was across the hall, it was only ours. Very private and secure for our own toiletries. We could not believe how comfortable and safe we felt in our first B&B experience. The inclusive breakfast was amazing. Choice on private menu and the coffee was perfect. We will definitely be back. "

"Mary and Jason were very helpful and kind. The apartment is well appointed with everything needed and many extras. Very clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. Great location for beach, cafes and great food at the Kingston hotel (just a short drive). Highly recommend this property. "
