I have stayed at other Marriott hotels. This one was very disappointing.The carpet was old and appeared to have ground-in-dirt and my sister said the rim of the toilet was disgusting. I’m amazed that there is no cleaning service or linen changes during your stay. This used to be part of good hotel practices. I will not stay here again.

The staff couldn’t be nicer but the hotel should have a kiosk in the lobby where guests can pay for their parking. The ambulance noise kept me up till 4 am. Finally got up at 6 and left! I stay in Birmingham once a month and have tried every hotel. This is one I will not stay at again!

The staff have been very nice every year we have stayed. The bathrooms could use an update. Tiles are cracking, the toilet lids dont fit properly and the wallpaper is a little worn. Otherwise it is pretty clean

I was disappointed that I was charged for gratuity I was on there for 8 hours. I didn’t ask for anything nor did I ask for assistance in carrying my overnight bag, did not eat the continental breakfast.
