I stayed here for 10 nights another a tour of Indonesia. I was very please with the hotel. The breakfast was great and changed things every day. My room safe was not working so I went to the front dest to report; when I got to my room there were people to changeout my safe (not repair they replaced) in 15 minuted. Amazing. The room I had was good size with a desk and great closet for travellers. Great layout.

Liked the location. Had a dedicated floor to non smoking. Great being able to use Ramada Bintang facilities and very shot walk from one building to another. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel should consider placing centre handrail on pool step. Would go back for another stay. Stayed 7 nights.

We always enjoy returning to Bintang Kuta hotel. A bit surprised that breakfast options were far more limited this time although the essentials like good coffees, bacon and cheese and ham omelets could be ordered specifically at no extra charge.

We stayed here for about six hours when our flight home was delayed. For the price I was really impressed with the service and facilities, as well as the room itself. The location was an easy walk to the Discovery Mall and beach. On check-out the front desk clerk was able to arrange a car to take us to the airport immediately (for a fee) so we didn’t even have to worry about getting a taxi.

When we checked into our family room there was a strong stench of mould, not long after we found where the mould was & notified staff. They didn’t have another room for us so had to stay in there the night before they could change us. New room wasn’t much better. Had paid for 3 weeks. While there my whole family got unwell at different times. Wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast buffet was also very average we hardly ate there

The room was clean and nice, staff helpful. Location is perfect, on the kuta beach and lots of dining and shopping options around. Have the arrangement with Bali Bintang resort for gym. The only thing missing was balcony :).

The Bintang Kuta Hotel is friendly, basic and well located. The pandemic shut-down has unfortunately had a negative impact on the condition of the hotel, simply because there weren't staff cleaning the rooms as regularly as would normally have been the case. Hopefully, as more tourists return, the property will be returned to its original condition.
