What makes a great hotel is the staff. From the Manager down everyone was well-trained, helpful and welcoming. It's in a great location just at the end of Chinatown about 10 mins from Birmingham New Street within easy reach of restaurants and bars. Although it's a budget hotel it's smart, modern and comfortable. Ok it may not have sophisticated dining but you can get pizza and a beer there. It's a budget hotel with luxury brand service. If I'm in Birmingham this will be my goto hotel.

We stayed her for a concert across the road which was very convenient and there’s bars and clubs near by, food and late takeout available too. The staff were nice and friendly, definitely worth the price.
