We booked an executive room for a one-night stay and were left feeling underwhelmed. Our room was smaller than one of the regular rooms and they shower pressure was quite weak. Furthermore, even though we booked well in advance we were given a room right next to a laundry room which went on all night long leaving me quite sleepless. Also, the bar staff took 25 minutes to make two drinks as one of the barmen was inexperienced but in hindsight I would have just asked for a pint instead of an old fashioned. I wouldn’t have rated this hotel this low but did not think that they did the basic things correctly which is a shame.

Very good hotel and very clean . The young lady was very welcoming and very helpful her name was Taran real asset to the company. Next time we are in Birmingham we use this hotel for sure .

We stayed at the Leonardo for one night in order to go see a show at Symphony Hall. We needed somewhere that was convenient, with parking and easy to drive to. We got all that and more. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our rooms were overall very lovely.

The rooms are lovely and they have it all set up beautifully for Christmas in the Reception areas. Lovely comfortable beds and everything you could need in the room for a really comfortable stay

Lovely room and good value for money as it’s walking distance for pretty much anything. Does get a little loud on the night as it’s next to all the bars however that would be expected for any hotel. Great stay and would come back again!!
