Lovely hotel. Room was small but nice. Lifts are a nightmare. We waited about 20mins on checkout to get a lift. The lifts are very slow which exacerbates the problem.

Very nice and welcoming reception area. We didn't use any onsite facilities as we went out straight after a late check in and left early for a Uni open day. Room was great, the beds were super comfortable, bathroom beautiful. I'd definitely stay there again given the opportunity to go to Birmingham again. Happy customer 😊
