Toilets are dirty,they water cistern do not flush well because toilet is old. Guest mess up the whole up the toilets so it needs constant cleaning.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location close to the city centre, as well as a tram stop close by. Overall, a great value for the price and a great hostel.

Nice hostel, great that the single room with shared bathroom was affordable. Unfortunately the wifi was down for most of my stay which was a bit annoying. And my room was about 10 fire doors and 100m away from the bathroom. But otherwise good location and friendly staff.

Really good if you just need a place to sleep, only thing that concerned me was I had a top bunk that squeaked every time I turned during the night which I was really conscious about waking others in my room, but I would definitely stay there again

We booked a double room with private bathroom. Suprisingly spacious. Comfy bed. Basic but did the trick for what we needed and in a great location.

I have stayed here quite a few times under the previous ownership and it has always been clean tidy and well kept up. this time when i stayed here, the mattress should have been replaced at least a month earlier, the shelf was being held up by 2 fast food wrappers, and the bins in the room were full and didnt look like they were being collected on a regular basis. I will give them one more chance to show that they improve otherwise i will not be staying here agin
