"Lifestyle needs to improve the rooms that they sell on Expedia regardless membership status . They gave us a bad room with dirty sheets outdated shower.They do not fumigate and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the balcony . I believe that member and non club member should have similar privileges.This place was much better 3 years ago. From a scale of 1-10 (4/10)."

"My wife and I had a great stay at Hacienda La Huerta. Beautiful country side property, with pool, hiking trails and wildlife watching. Villa was modern, comfortable and has a kitchenette for cooking if needed. Ariel and staff gave great service and helpful to anything you need. 15 minute drive from beautiful beaches close to puerto plata attractions. "

"I didn’t check in, When I arrive they told me I have to pay additional $97 per day. And my spouse couldn’t stay with me. If I want her to stay I had to pay additional $400 dollars. "In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. "Overall the resort was great. I was there for a wedding and enjoyed the stay. I think improvements can be made when trying to make dinner reservations. The VIP office was closed whenever I tried to make a dinner plans and had to call from my room phone. I also think for the VIP price, Wi-Fi should be offered. Had the most fun at Harmony Beach. Manny was very attentive and provided the best service."
