"This was my 25th Wedding Anniversary and my 3rd time staying at the Horseshoe. Definitely will be back. Tables were fun, food was excellent and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. "

"I'll start by saying i should have been more aware of the location. We just didn't expect it to be twelve miles from Black Hawk, the last few miles on gravel. That's great if that's what you're looking for. But the pictures don't show the busy highway 150 yards from the patio. There were nonstop trucks hauling up and down the steep hill, you can imagine the noise. They also don't show the neighbor across the way with the bright outdoor lights on 24x7, no star watching.
