"An amazing place tucked away in the countryside but conveniently located for lots of the area’s attractions. We came in late Sept and the weather was warm enough for us to picnic our evening meal on the terrace in peace and quiet. The hosts are brilliant nothing is too much trouble and spent time explaining the best places to go. The rooms are of a really high standard and decorated impressively. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. "

"Very relaxing and comfortable stay in the countryside near Sarlat. The room was small but comfortable and with all amenities. Very quiet in an old country home. A great French breakfast was included and you can order dinner (be sure to ask the host in the morning) with fresh and high quality local delicacies. The host was also very friendly and helpful. We recommend for anyone looking to taste the Périgord countryside!"

"La maison et ses lieux sortent d’un livre d’histoire. Les propriétaires sont sympa et nous ont accueilli à bras ouverts malgré notre réservation dernière-minute. Chambre au décor charmant et lit bien comfortable. Ils nous ont réservé une table au restaurant voisinant pour le dîner et ont recommandé des superbes lieux à explorer dans cette région enchantée. "Nous avons passé 3 jours agréables dans ce bel établissement. Son emplacement est idéal car nous pouvons rejoindre toutes les principales attractions touristiques de la région en moins de 20 minutes. Nos hôtes étaient très agréables et nous ont donné de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter et où manger. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner et nous les recommanderons à tous nos amis. Yolande, les figues étaient absolument délicieuses ; la prochaine fois que nous viendrons, je demanderai la recette !...

"A little hard to find. Rural cottage atmosphere. 5 min drive to Domme. 20 min to Sarlat. The entire floor is yours. "

"Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful."
