Very comfortable hotel clean and well kept. Light breakfast with typical meat, bread, pastry, cereal, fruit and bevs offerings that’s an extra charge. Very good day staff and inconsistent evening staff. Great Sarlat-la-Canéda location!

Renovated old hotel, nicely done. Adjacent old town. Excellent location! Friendly and helpful check-in person. Our room, #115, was tastefully furnished and clean. (zero art, but not missed). Radiator heat, safe, refrigerator , too small area for toiletries for two, and a shower-bath in desperate need of a grab bar before someone gets hurt. Comfortable bed. Pretty good breakfast which we had once of the three mornings we were there. Parking lot, free overnight, is directly in front of hotel.

We found this hotel to be quiet and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room was small, but comfortable and cozy. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again if in the area. We did not have trouble parking in the lot by the hotel, although we were there in the off season.

Great central location for Sarlat and the Dordogne
The hotel is in an excellent location with a 5 minute walk to the historical centre of Sarlat. The hotel has recently been beautifully refurbished. Breakfast is of a very high standard and great value for money. There is public paid parking in front of the hotel and you can also book paid secure parking from the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a bar area that is competitively priced. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

My wife and I spent two nights at this charming Hotel in November. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was outstanding. We visited during the off season so parking was free . I highly recommend staying here when visiting Sarlat.

Modern facility in a charming old architectural building. Short walking distance to the medieval town center and right next to my daily tour departure point. Front desk staff super helpful. When I left hotel at 5:50am before breakfast time to catch the train, I was offered a fresh coffee and a croissant without a charge.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice bathroom. Parking in front of hotel free at this time but limited. Tried the close-by and very reasonably priced garage the hotel rents but I found it a little confusing to drive to (but that was just me). Room too warm for me too. Has an elevator.

Charming.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was a bit difficult, but was just as it had been described. Our only complaint was the old wooden support beams in our room (room 36). In both the bedroom and the bathroom, these supprt beams took up room and were low enough for a tal person to need to stoop down to pass them. Ii guess it's the charm of modern retrofitting of an older structure.

Great place!! Stay Here!!!
Wonderful place to stay. Service was great the whole time. We stayed in the family room with adjoining bedrooms which was great! The room was very clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. There is a parking lot right outside the hotel. We got lucky and didn't have to pay, because it was the weekend, but normally, you would need to. Still, it's super convenient that it's right outside the front door. Location is right outside the medieval part of town. Easy to walk to the sites and probably more convenient than having to haul your luggage around the pedestrian only zones.

The best asset of this hotel is its location in Sarlat, within just a minute or the to the historic city center. Everything else was just OK. The room was a bit old and pokey. The front desk staff was not very friendly, the breakfast was sub-average, and the elevator was not working (we were on the 3rd floor, equivalent to 4th floor in US). Granted, the staff helped us with our luggage, and they waved the breakfast fee. But all in all, it was not a memorable stay.

Convenient for Sarlat centre but parking off site.
Well placed to visit Sarlat. Externally attractive, but our room was very small on the third floor (with lift out of order!). Only widow was high up and very small, overlooking a building site! Parking, which I confirmed before arriving was off-site & difficult to find (heavy traffic & one way system). My wife (65yrs) carried our bags up 3 flights (while I parked the car)! The receptionist (young male) sat behind his desk. Breakfast was plentiful & good quality (self service)
