What makes this resort a 5 star…the staff that work there! Accomodating, friendly and welcoming. Whilst some of the amenities are showing signs of being dated, the staff maintain the resort in good order. Great food, wonderful service and like I said, the staff make this place 5 star! Beautiful and safe beach, clean waters to swim in and a relaxing time. Bula Vinaka indeed!!

Beautiful scenery. Food was sub standard though. The staff were excellent. There should be more activities included each day. Not everyone wants to learn Kokoda making. I rate this hotel a 7/10.

The staff at the Intercontinental Hotel go above and beyond to make sure your stay is rememberable. Food and drinks were great and it was refreshing to be around people who always have a smile on their face and help you embrace ‘Fiji Time’. Bula Vinaka!

All good but generally Fiji are overrated in my opinion. Resort are good. But not much to do for older kids.

This is a Well maintained beach front property, staff are friendly, helpful, very very hard working and professional. We love the daily breakfast buffet which offers a variety of food and fruit. They have separate pool for kids/family, and adult infinite pool, facing the ocean, it is peaceful and beautiful! We had a great stay! Definitely will come back!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Our 6 year old had a ball at the Kids Club and we loved the daily activities and entertainment. Our lagoon suite room was spacious and definitely worth paying extra for to have the separate lounge area, and walk out to the lagoon. We ate at Navo 3 times, exceptional restaurant. The Spa was exceptional, my massage and facial was first class. Can’t fault anything except wish we stayed longer!
