"small friendly hotel in heart of Downtown Batumi...but just 5 minutes walk from Dolphinarium and Beach promenade. Good staff.. nice room, cosy with all that is listed on the booking site. including robes, slippers and toiletries. bed was comfortable and room had a balcony also. smoke free with good TV channels. best is the location for downtown area and great value for money. Provided all the amenities you get at a 4 star international hotel for a 3rd of the price!"

The staff were excellent and very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was very tasty, and we were located only a short distance from the beach. "The only good thing I can tell is the wonderful location and the view over the Black Sea. The rest was awfull. The Hotel is not old (2013) but it seems to be 20 years old. Lot’s of damages in the room. The hotel is completely occupied. The bathroom had an extreme smell, as if the sewage pipe was not in order. We tried to change the room, but it was just as bad in the other room. The Breakfast was terrible, there was no real coffee, only coffee pulver (Nescafé generic). However, we did the best...
