"This hotel is in the middle of tourist area. There's nothing but hotels and tourist bars and shops. And of course the wonderful beach and sea. The hotel itself is okay, not great. I found the interiors to be not so cozy but more a bit clinical, but with comfy couches and chairs. The staff seemed to be young with different level of quality in English. We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!!
And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request.

"The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

"The property was well-maintained, and the rooms were in good condition. Housekeeping services were reliable, with staff attending daily.
The food at the main restaurant was satisfactory. In addition, the property features two specialty restaurants offering Bulgarian and Asian cuisine. These require advance reservations; however, when we attempted to book, no availability was offered until after our departure. It would be beneficial for guests to be informed of this requirement in advance, allowing reservations to be made prior to arrival.
Beverages were readily available throughout the day, with a good variety on offer, although the quality of the coffee could be improved.
The staff were attentive and helpful, and the main restaurant was well-managed, with team members efficiently maintaining cleanliness and order."
