"Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). "Love this hotel ! One of the best hotels in Samsun Turkey ! Everything about this hotel is excellent . New , spotless and just very clean, and comfortable with a great vibe. Large room was absolutely amazing , quiet, clean and modern with view of the sea. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, spa like shower , and large soft luxury towels. Best location within walking distance to the sea and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods next to rows upon rows of restaurants and coffee shops....

"The staff at the property were terrible and pretty unreasonable. We checked out and were going to have lunch at the hotel restaurant and they wanted us to move our car. The receptionists were rude and the breakfast wasn`t good. "

"Lovely small hotel with great service and a great location overlooking charming Safranbolu. The center of town is a five minute walk downhill. Beautiful views and an excellent breakfast. We loved it! Highly recommended."
