"Nice property. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the front office staff were not friendly at all. In fact, when I called to inquire about an early check in and latte check out, the lady had an attitude. I stay in hotels often and am used to such requests either being accommodated or rejected politely. She was rude about it. The evening check in lady was not rude, but she also wasn't friendly. So, they could greatly improve their customer service skills! "
