"The two staff members at the front desk were very friendly, fast, and efficient. Check-in was easy. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Public parking nearby was easy. There is no air conditioning in the room, but it was cool with the windows cracked. I am a 100% satisfied customer."

"Great stay. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is a short walk to Pike Place and the monorail. It also has a starbucks inside the hotel but more importantly a restuarant that is open until 12am. Although it is downtown, it felt safe. The in room service food was delicious! Comfortable bed, clean room, and easy check in and check out. I would stay again!"
