"Beautiful home and vista surrounding with gorgeous sunsets! Perfect number of beds for our family of 14 to celebrate Poppy's 70th. If several small attention to detail things were thought about - it would have elevated our stay to almost perfect."

"House was very comfortable and clean. Good location. Would have been great to have a comfortable outdoor area to sit so as to enjoy the beautiful view. Having 6 ladies in the house we needed more mirrors! In general a lovely weekend."

"Perfect size for 12 people. Large lounge and fantastic outdoor deck area and pool. Kitchen could be bigger when catering for so many but was good enough. We had a great time and recommend Villa St Helena."

"Had an awesome time. Chill relaxing. Good to look out the window in bed while the full moon was glaring. Thank you so much for the fire wood aswell. The eco dry compost toilet was a bit different but understandable. Zoe and I had a wonderful time and will be back."

"Terrible communication from owner, didnt send check in instructions prior to arrival, vrbo team suggested to relocate one hour before check in because of this. Owner dissapear and we didnt know what was going on, at the ned the property was open and we were able to access but no communication at all, very poor for an expensive property"

"A good place to escape to and unwind. Nice house with a few extras, awesome pool and a quiet area. A little weird that the owner is staying on the property up the back in the shed, which you find out after booking. We didn't hear or see him until we needed a gas bottle replacement, which he brought straight down. "

"My husband and I travelled with our two dogs. We loved the location, the rolling countryside and the instructions provided made it easy to find and easy to check in. Yes it’s a TinyHome but it had everything we needed and we loved our weekend getaway here with our dogs. It was beautifully presented and perfect for our requirements."

"Overall we loved our stay here. The drive to the property was trickier than we expected, a few water crossings after the heavy rains and lots of potholes. Ok in a 4WD but scary in a sedan. Not being able to drink the water was another hassle and the water filter supplied was very slow, so we kept having to boil our own water on the stove. The kettle wasn’t working unfortunately. We also found the wifi wasn’t working very well in the back TV room which was strange as that is where the router...

"This property is absolutely stunning. The three separate dwellings allowed our extended family to come together for Christmas, but also have space to take time to ourselves. The kids had the best time in the pool & the huge kitchen made meals easy to navigate. We had a blackout on Christmas Eve & were worried about our Christmas feast potentially being ruined but David went out of his way in the pouring rain to deliver water, a lantern & offer us a generator should the power not be restored....
