"This was a lovely hotel in Kandersteg. This is located beside the gondola station and the walking path for the hike to lake. There was a nice restaurant at the hotel that we had a great dinner at and the breakfast was very enjoyable. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again!"

"I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease. "Nice location (only about 30 min drive to Interlaken) with spectacular views from our room. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We drove and needed parking which wasn't a problem here. My only complaint was that the bed wasn't the most comfortable and wish there were more options.
