The staff, a mother and daughter team or incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast, and offered us dinner if we wanted. They helped us with transportation around Lake Como, even drove us to the proper ferry. I was very impressed.

The house/property is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the lake from the well appointed rooms. Situated just outside the main centre of Como there is a bus stop outside the villa so easy to get around alongside the boats that travel to the main attractions all day. Francesca and Donatella are so welcoming and will do everything possible to make your stay like ‘home from home’ and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending staying with them, as we will again. We had a perfect short break at the Villa and hope to be back again soon.

It is like if you are at home Donatella and Francesca are very kind and helpfull host.Donatella is the owner and Francesca her daugther take care of every detail.The food is very good and even if you want they can cook for you.Exepcional view to the lake very pacefull villa, we hope to back soon. Even before we arrived, their communication via Expedia was great. When we arrived, we were greeted with such hospitality you can not teach. They made us feel at home and made us feel like family. The villa and grounds are amazing. The 12 foot high ceilings make it feel more grand. The breakfast was great. They will even cook dinner for you upon request. Nothing better than an Italian home cooked meal. The views of the lake most likely rival any other hotel. There are only 4 rooms in this villa which makes it more intimate. We felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place of beauty.

A True Gem – Unforgettable Stay! This was hands-down one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were flawless—beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The views were simply breathtaking—like something out of a postcard. What truly elevates this place to another level, though, are the mother and daughter team/owners. Francesca was amazing. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, she made our stay completely stress-free. A real value on Lake Como

A beautiful property centrally located on the lake, hosted by a lovely family who were extremely helpful. They assisted us in making reservations and confirming activity bookings. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms extremely spacious and comfortable.

Villa Costanza is a 5+ B &B

The best place we stayed in Italy. A 5+ villa with incredible staff who greeted us for park7ng, checkin and daily phenomenal breakfast spreads. They even picked us up feom a restaurant during a rain storm. Can't say enough about the luxurious accommodations, bedroim, private terrace and bathroom as well as the breakfast area a d gardens. In a great location, minutes feom Como with nearby restaurants amd they made last minute reservations for us each day. Can't wait to go back.

This place is beautiful! Donatella was so helpful and a wonderful hostess the entire stay. Como has very narrow streets and this place is not wheelchair accessible but everything else - the location, views, breakfast, attentive hostess - all of it was incredible!

Amazing stay on Lake Como!!Donatella and her family truly make you feel like you’re a part of their family. The villa and surrounding property is beautiful, and the area is quiet. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. It’s located about 15 mins from Como and 40 mins from Bellagio by car, so I suggest you rent a car if you want to stay here. I will certainly be staying here again when I get another opportunity to visit the lake!

Beautiful villa with the best hostess and her family! We drove and took ferries to all the towns around Lake Como. The villa has parking. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!
