"We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the festival. It was great for us, (over 45 folks). We didn’t want all the noise and action of downtown. We wanted peace and quiet and the ability to relax before and after the concert. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and checked on us daily to make sure we were enjoying our staff. Breakfast was amazing. Many choices to choose from. In the past we stayed across the street and the Holiday Inn, but this hotel is our new “go to” when visiting the Cincinnati area."
"Property has lots of potential!!! Unfortunately the unit had not been cleaned. HOWEVER the property manager reached out after I contacted them with my concerns and made it right. I submitted photos and the owner & property manager both quickly responded & apologized. Even offered me another stay if ever i am in the area. LOT'S OF ROOM, FANCY APPLAINACES & BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! Just need to hold cleaning company accountable to do what they are paid to do and follow up to make sure its professionally cleaned after every stay immediately."
