The variety and quality of food options was great, tye grounds were beautiful and the staff were pleasant and professional.

This was a fantastic location! About a 45 minute drive from the Montego airport (+/- with traffic). Made our tour to Negril convenient. The pools and beaches on site were fantastic! (Beaches had good areas for snorkeling- in a bay and open ocean) Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants/A La Cart options were great!! Buffet food was good/standard Buffet. We did the signature level and loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend!

Dear Expedia Support, I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent resort stay in Jamaica booked through your platform. This was a birthday trip, and from the start, the experience was poor. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready. When we got access, the bathroom was dirty, the tub had dark residue, floors were greasy, and the room smelled like mold. The bedsheets weren’t clean, and towels were stained and smelled of mildew. We contacted the front desk, and while someone was sent to clean, they only dusted. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves. Even after following up, the second cleaning was minimal. The promised birthday room decoration never happened, and communication with hotel staff and concierge was consistently poor. Requests went unanswered, and we were not informed about any activities. We had to ask other guests for basic resort information. The condition of the room and lack of service made this trip stressful and disappointing. For the price we paid through Expedia, we expected far better. I’m requesting a formal review of this issue and a resolution.
