"We had an amazing time at Azul! The property is beautiful and a perfect location on the beach. Their beach setup was nicer than the other resorts nearby (honestly). The food was 7/10, but still good for resort food. I recommend trying some of the food places nearby. The staff and entertainment were 10/10!! I Couldnt have been happier. And there were plenty of bars on the grounds (lots of swim up bars). The drinks were ok. They were what you would expect from an all-inclusive, lots of sugary mixed drinks lol.
Downside is that the property does need renovations, but that is really it. Everything is modern, just needs a facelift. "

"Sunset at the Palms in Negril, Jamaica, was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of peacefulness that made it impossible not to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The serene atmosphere, combined with the stunning sunset views, created moments that felt truly unforgettable.
The food was incredible! Each meal was a delightful journey of authentic Jamaican flavors, fresh ingredients, and creative dishes that left us craving more. But what really set Sunset at the Palms apart was the staff and the people we met during our stay. The team went above and beyond with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. Plus, we were lucky to connect with fellow travelers and locals whose kindness and stories enriched the entire experience.

"We loved staying at Couples Negril. The staff are wonderful! Special shout out the phenomenal dive team- Richard, Byron and Sugar (sorry if I forgot anyone.) My husband dived with them everyday and had a terrific experience. He was able to get his advanced open water certification which he was thrilled about. All of the restaurants were great, we enjoyed every meal. The beach is beautiful - calm and clear ocean was wonderful. We appreciated that they gave guests 2 reusable water bottles to refill at filtered water stations throughout the resort. The rooms could use some refreshing, but they are clean and had a nice view, though hearing the road noise was unpleasant at times. Really a minor issue because we were only in our rooms to sleep and shower. One suggestion I would make: my husband and I do not drink alcohol. While they had a lot of non alcoholic mixed drinks, it would nice if they offered non-alcoholic beer and/or wine. We enjoyed staying at Sans Sousi several years ago, but we really loved Couples Negril and will definitely be returning !!!!!"

"This property is beautiful. The pictures don’t show the beauty and the location on the cliffs! This property is very secure. No one is getting in. Throughout the day and night there is security walking the properties constantly. That is definitely first for me, they were checking both the back and front of the properties constantly. Within the house the kitchen is fully stocked, water hot, a/c in each room and living room and the property was extremely clean. This is a definite choice for anyone looking to stay in the Negril area."

"First off the owner Sule was very helpful and quick to respond, answered any questions we had leading up to the stay. Sule made sure we was able to navigate through Negril safely with his drivers at hand. The house was amazing, very spacious enough room for 10 people to easily fit comfortably in. The bathrooms was nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the living room had enough space everyone to sit and the kitchen and dining was great space for everyone as well with large table and lots of seats. The beach was steps away with white sand and blue water. There was also a very large swimming pool open to villas guests and residents which we used as well. The back yard was just pure tranquility and peaceful with fire pit for nice cozy nights. I decided to save the best for last, the butler Denva and his assistant K. The best cook, with amazing Jamaican and American food he definitely did not disappoint, every meal was prepared with love, so delicious and presentation was always nice. Denva and K hospitality was unmatched. I will definitely be visiting again and again!!!!!!! I also would like to add we felt safe at all times there was security on the property and they were nice and helpful as well."
