"Loved this resort the only part i did not like is that we arent able to drink at palace which makes no sense when i had access to riu montego bay, i went to the pool at the palace and a security told me i had to leave, so embarrassing i had to get out the pool infront of a crowd of people "

"We love the team work that was displayed among each other in ALL areas especially when dinning at Jazzmine... we'll visit again. We love the live music from the bands... The garden was beautiful, the beaches, pool rooms clean and nice. We really enjoy our first international vacation.. THE FOOD'S WAS ON POINT. from check-in to check-out was wonderful. Housekeeping was great. The baggage men was wonderful. "

"Everything was good,check in,cleaniness and friendly staff,my only complaint was with the buffet if you weren’t there early enough a lot of trays were empty and not restocked freguently."

"The manager, Dennis, went about be and beyond! He made us feel not only like VIP, but also like family. He and a few other really outstanding staff including our housekeeper, quiet pool waitress (Angela white), made the stay extraordinary! "
