"Given that the area was devastated by Hurricane Helene, the hotel tried their utmost best to live up to their reputation. The service was excellent. And bottled water was provided as an assurance because of the boiled water order. My heart goes out to the city of Asheville for the past hardships, and the hardships they still face. "

"Not bad at all for the weekday price, but I would not choose it at a weekend rate. The rooms are quite old. And the beds not great. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, certainly. Great little place if under $100. Not too far from the parkway either, though “walking distance” would be a very relative term here."

"Property was clean and we saw a bear twice during our visit! Located right near the trolley stop for easy access to downtown without having to deal with parking fees, or was close enough to easily walk also. "

No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance.
