"This lovely and well-appointed home was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and more)! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There wasn't a thing missing! It is a great location to easily get to downtown St Simons/the beach and to head the other direction for grocery/shopping/Sea Island. While it was a little chilly to utilize the outside, the pool/chairs/fireplace/sitting area/side yard are amazing and would be fantastic...

"The house was PERFECT! The layout of the house afforded 2 families to stay here with lots of places to enjoy the beautiful ocean front views while also watching SEC football on Saturday. The outdoor living spaces were our favorite. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this house 10/10 times!!"

"we had a lovely time at the house over Christmas. the house was well lit, kitchen fully stocked with all the equipment we needed, and the layout of the home was very spread out. our dog loved the wide open backyard. the house was close to the pier area and had easy access to everything on the island. we would give the house 5 stars and would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was equipped with all the items we could possibly need. The fenced backyard and doggy water bowls were added bonuses for our pets staying with us. Great outdoor seating too!
