"I didn’t realise the Encore had no lift until we were allocated a room on the second floor and had to climb stairs. We made do the first night as we had a late flight and the office was closed. The staff were extremely accommodating the next day and didn’t hesitate to move us to a room on the ground floor as my husband has mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again. "

"We booked this property for our anniversary (to visit Questacon) and were disappointed. We booked it specifically because it had a hot tub and wifi. I spoke to the owner who didn’t mention anything about these. When we arrived, the wifi had been turned off and the hot tub was out of order. Although the owner was not responsible for the hot tub, it had obviously been closed for a while and we weren’t told and given the chance to cancel. It was just an apartment. Very disappointing and we felt scammed."
