"We booked this property for our anniversary (to visit Questacon) and were disappointed. We booked it specifically because it had a hot tub and wifi. I spoke to the owner who didn’t mention anything about these. When we arrived, the wifi had been turned off and the hot tub was out of order. Although the owner was not responsible for the hot tub, it had obviously been closed for a while and we weren’t told and given the chance to cancel. It was just an apartment.
