"High end neighborhood which was close to beach, restaurants and bars. High winds limited the pass by boat traffic a little but nice. House is for sale with spartan furnishings everything was close by."

"This house was beyond my expectations. The house is beautifully decorated but has a feeling of home. It is supplied with recreational gear for the beach or biking. The kitchen is well supplied to cook a gourmet meal if you choose. The pool, hot tub and patio were the highlight. The cleanliness of the property is also noteworthy. Host did an amazing job on this house."

"Nice duplex with an owner that greeted us on arrival and met us again on departure. Great location for all east Boca/Deerfield activities. Clean shared pool at his duplex. Nice one bedroom studio with an owner that welcomed us and our 88lb dog."

"This was the most absolute perfect Florida trip. The house was clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed. They even made our stay more special by having a happy birthday balloon for my husband who was celebrating his birthday down there. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and so did we. It was such a nice warm temperature and just was so awesome. The backyard was perfect with a great place to eat dinner outside and cool hammocks. We were able to walk to the beach with our six-year-old...

"We booked this for a heated saltwater pool, and it was not, Strong Clorine after treatments on Monday and Thursday. If it were a Salt Water Pool we would come back, it's that nice ! Should not advertrize as salt water pool."
