"Lovely Hotel and the staff on check in and throughout our stay were warm and welcoming, a great asset to the Hotel. The main bar is an impressive place for cocktails and to relax. One small criticism our room was cold on entering and took a little while to warm up. Would happily stay again."

"Great location on Duke Street. Close to lots of great bars and pubs but far enough away from Concert square to avoid the noise. Walkable to all the sites and lovely clean rooms. Helpful staff and the cosy Monro pub directly across the road for a nice pint."

"Really enjoyed our stay, for the most part, jelly beans and balloons were a nice touch for our anniversary and birthdays celebrations. But two things slightly took perfection away: -it was lovely and quiet apart from hearing the sky bar bass from the 18th floor (we stayed on 15th) - we had booked drinks at the sky bar and got given a discount for it but at no point were we told that we needed to go down to the ground floor before we are allowed to go up, so we spent 15 mins trying to up 3 floors to the sky bar. So we were late for our reservation. "
