"It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. "First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Hotel em boa localização (não fica no centro do vilarejo). Custo X Benefício não vale... We arrive for check but there wasn’t anybody,we contacted the owner trough WhatsApp he replied that he don’t have any bookings for today then we send him confirmation but he told us that he don’t use this platform and he don’t have any available room for us.This happened between 16:00-17:00 so We end up in the situation when we have to find new place for 4 nights plus Taxi plus stress plus extra costs"
