Unfortunately I got sick due to altitude and the hotel, besides some local herb infusions, didn’t have any medication to help fight the sickness. I understand they don’t want to be responsible for any contraindications or side effects but they should have medication available and simply have the guest sign a release of liability. The hotel is far away from any pharmacy so more than herbal choices should be made available "

"Amazing staff, I came down with a infection and they were able to help with a doctor, not only that they genuinely helpped and would ask how my recovery was. I wasnt able to eat a lot, at breakfast I would just have a banana but there werent any so got something else. As eating without asking the member of staff brought me a banana as they had noticed I always took one. Small things like this make a big difference!"
