"Hot water didn’t come on during the first morning and calling the front desk went unanswered. I had to go down to the front desk. Issue was resolved but it was still inconvenient. Fortunately there were no more unwanted surprises."

"It is a well run, modern and very clean hotel, with ample rooms and an excellent location. The steam room off the hotel Gym was small but satisfactory. The only Weaknesses: the dry sauna was out of order, and the swimming pool is too cold in winter. But I will stay there again."

Although the infrastructure is extensive, the food is not bad, and the attention is okay, it is far from five stars. The location, if you have business or leisure around the area (Manzana 40, Green Tower), is excellent, as it is within walking distance of both. The hotel is great if you are not looking for luxury but for comfy and reliable for a few business days. We were upgraded to the best category room,...
