"Staff was awful. Terrible customer service. Reception woman Brenda was ignorant and does not have any customer service skills. Should have read the reviews prior to booking the hotel. Although hotel is in a good area, staff does not know how to treat hotel clients. Hotel also has plumbing problems as there was water on the bathroom floor from the toilet. "
