"It is a well run, modern and very clean hotel, with ample rooms and an excellent location. The steam room off the hotel Gym was small but satisfactory. The only Weaknesses: the dry sauna was out of order, and the swimming pool is too cold in winter. But I will stay there again."

"Very quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere, yet in a great and walkable location and within less than two blocks from the blue line cable car line. Most memorable was the courteous and very helpful staff, especially Marcelo and Abigail (Abi) at the front desk and Gabriel at breakfast. The team helped with consultations and booking tours when we needed that. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel may have been five stars back in the glory days. Today, it’s a four at best. Although the infrastructure is extensive, the food is not bad, and the attention is okay, it is far from five stars. The location, if you have business or leisure around the area (Manzana 40, Green Tower), is excellent, as it is within walking distance of both.
