This private and peaceful retreat offers complete seclusion while still being just 5km from the hustle and bustle of downtown Mudgee. Modern and contemporary, with timber floors throughout, Bonnie View offers all the modern conveniences you’d expect coupled with stunning mountain panoramas and an entertainer’s backyard.

The open plan living area features a plush L-shaped sofa, multi-room Sonos bluetooth indoor-outdoor speaker system, wood burning fireplace and a brand new pool table. Large sliding doors frame the scenic Mudgee farmlands that surround the property. In the kitchen you’ll have everything you need to whip up a meal at home, including a full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stainless steel oven and stove, two dishwashers and Nespresso machine. A spacious centre island offers additional breakfast bar seating or cooking prep space. An adjoining private dining area with wall-to-wall glass windows and a 12-seater timber table offers the perfect place for the whole group to gather and enjoy a meal together.

Rest easy in one of six bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, private patio overlooking the pool and mountains plus, its own ensuite with a walk-in robe, dual sinks, a rainfall showerhead and toilet.
