"Shawn's cottage was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Franklin. The small enclave where the cottage is located includes very high-end homes on multiple acres. Although this cottage is in the backyard of the main home, it has a separate driveway, entrances, and outdoor spaces that make it feel more private. The bed is a firm yet comfortable foam mattress. The big TV on a rolling stand was a great addition for us to watch TV in the sitting area and in bed. The homeowners...

"Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and well-decorated home. I appreciated that it felt like real people lived there and cared about the space and environment (compared to some rentals that have the bare minimum from IKEA and wayfair). I wish it were better weather so we could've used the fire pit and hammock. Kitchen supplies were great. We were 4 adults and two kids < 3yrs old."
