Attractive and well appointed property in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. Would suggest a courtyard view room if it’s availability as central courtyard is beautifully set up. Concierge staff go out of their way to accommodate every request. Samantha and her colleagues made our stay perfect. They were helpful, cheerful and welcoming. We loved the “whiskey talk” and tasting. And thank you for the complimentary valentine champagne. A great place to stay in this lovely town.

We got a few rooms for our wedding weekend for guests and my new husband & I. & it was incredible. They upgraded our rooms and the room was absolutely clean and incredible and very spacious. We got the suite with tubs and living rooms & it’s the nicest place we’ve stayed at. Not to mention the hotel is just beautiful & connected to an amazing coffee shop and restaurant. The bar at 1799 has amazing cocktails and great live music at night! I’ll try to stay here as much as I can if we ever need a hotel in Franklin. Thanks to Chris at The front desk who has been wonderful and really made our wedding weekend perfect!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is just great! The restaurant 1799 is a must.. The food was so delicious and the service is incredible..
